Utah 100 Awards
Awards will be presented based on revenue growth from 2019 through 2023. Please apply regardless of company’s percent growth.
To be eligible, the applicant must complete all applicable information below and meet each of the following criteria:
- Be a for-profit Utah-based corporation, limited liability company, or partnership;
- Have five full years of operating history, including 12 months in year one; and
- Have had a minimum of $100,000 in total revenues in fiscal 2019.
Note: Please submit support for the revenue figures (audited or reviewed financial statements or tax returns) to the following secure email – Utah100@mwcn.org
If the Company had less than $100,000 in revenue in 2019, please apply for the Emerging Elite Awards.

*The Top 15 Annual Revenue Companies are ranked according to the highest total dollar growth over the five year measurement period. The Utah 100 Companies are ranked according to a weighted average calculation of percentage and dollar growth. Companies are only eligible to be included in 1 award category. First consideration will be given to the Top 15 Annual Revenue category.
Emerging Elite Awards
The Emerging Elite are Utah businesses with great prospects for future growth and success, but which did not otherwise qualify for consideration in the Utah 100 fastest growing company category.
To be eligible, the applicant must complete all applicable information below and meet each of the following criteria:
- Be a for-profit Utah-based corporation, limited liability company, or partnership;
- Have a minimum of two years of operating history, including 12 months in year one; and
- Have had a minimum of $50K in total revenues in fiscal 2023.

If the Company had more than $100K in revenue in 2019, please apply for the Utah 100 Awards.
