The Deadline for inclusion in the 2010 Utah 100 has passed. Please apply next year.
Deadline: Must be postmarked, faxed, or submitted online at www.mwcn.org by August 10, 2010
Awards will be presented based on revenue growth from 2005 through 2009. To be eligible, the applicant must complete all applicable information below and meet each of the following criteria:
- be a for-profit Utah-based corporation, limited liability company, or partnership;
- have five full years of operating history; and
- have had a minimum of $50,000 in total revenues in fiscal 2005.
Note: If the Company had less than $50,000 in revenue in 2005, please use the Emerging Elite application.
